dbcooper Posted January 29, 2011 Share Posted January 29, 2011 <p>At least it's nonexclusive...the photographer could still sell or license the images to others. I don't think NASA would be interested in profiteering. Their history is more like sharing with the scientific and educational communities. Profiteering beings a risk of negative publicity, which is something NASA can't afford to have. As long as the photographer is credited, it could be very good publicity.
