steve_t.1
Javier, I'd fill a cooler with a bunch of that snow and send it your way, but then it would melt adding to your region's current moisture problem. Ain't Mother Nature a funny gal?
MattB.Net
Great stuff as usual!
.
I've had a very busy couple of weeks at my day job and also doing a little paid shooting. Somehow I managed to squeeze more skiing between work and family. The 5' the North end of our valley gave us a much needed jump on winter and powder fever is spreading quickly.
Solo ski tour on the 24th.
K-x & da15

.
Another ski tour but with an old friend this afternoon. johnw436
Great stuff! I'm really loving the night shots. Robert, that is a great shot through the glass with no reflections.

It's so hard not to single out all the great photos by everyone. Each week I find myself wanting to point out something great by every single poster, LOL. I decided to keep it short and just tell everyone that this POW thread is what motivates me to get better each week.

Thanks to all of you for sharing your skills and for pushing me to become a better photographer.

MattB.Net
Some highlights for me this week were:
Dave H - nice ornament shot. Those are always fun.
Markus - the one with the guy and the sausage is great!
Dorus - love the pier. Nice composition and the tones have that wonderful wintery light look.
Javier - the street shooter is a great catch!
Jean B.- I really like your water and moss.
Frank - another fun ornament shot!
john_shriver
Shot, processed, and scanned yesterday. The artistic part of our front yard. It's not as big a yard as you might think, this is a very carefully angled shot.
