geoffgp
Is there any difference in image quality between the older 3 part Rolleinar set and the later 2 part, in either 1/2 or3? Or any advantage in the viewing lenses being in 2 parts? The 3 parters seem to be a bit cheaper and more available.
Thanks Geoff
robert_marvin
I think the three part sets only come in Bay. I, but if that's the size you need the older ones should be fine.

jan_b_ttcher
As far as I can tell from my collection, only the 2 part version will have a coated lens ... but maybe there are uncoated 2 part sets and coated 3 part sets (or even mixtures) around as well.
BrianS1664879711
Jan could be right... that makes sense that the older ones might not be coated. I've neve really paid enough attention to the differences, I guess. Using a lens hood will minimize any concerns about using an uncoated optic.
...
