Howdy,

Dual purpose thread here. I wanted to make sure that everyone with a Facebook account knew that Photo.net has a page you can follow:

http://www.facebook.com/photo.net

Also, there is a Photo.net Facebook application that you can use so that your Photo.net uploads appear on your Facebook wall automatically:

Instructions here - http://www.photo.net/help/community/facebook/facebook-app
Application here - http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=161219964308

Also, if you are already using the application, could I ask you to give it a review? We've just got one review right now and it was from a guy who apparently didn't read any of the instructions and wouldn't reply to my email offering help.

Secondly, I figured that I'd break from typical PN rules and give everyone a place to post up their facebook pages if they have one for their photography (or other I suppose) businesses. Post a link to your page and perhaps PN members can connect and follow each other a bit more.

Cool! Thanks for this. I just Liked the links that I found here so far.
Here is my own:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Tracie-Howe-Photography/179744273518
And since we're sharing FB page links, does anyone know if the URL has to contain those numbers? I tried without and it doesn't work, but I was wondering if anyone has been able to change this somehow.
Thanks!

Tracie,
Go to your FB home page and click on the Ads and Pages button. This will bring up the list of your pages. From there click on the help tab on the top of the page. Then click Usernames>Facebook Pages>How Can I Secure Usernames for my Pages? (2nd one down), then click on the link.

So I have a question for those posting to this. How do you use your facebook page?

Do you have one as an individual or a business page?
I have a business page and an individual one and a personal one I've had since college when Facebook began, it gets really confusing.
For the business I have trouble deciding whether I should choose to post photos to the business one or the individual one. I often post the photos for the clients rather than having them try to do it on their own, so we get the proper credit and they are uploaded at a good resolution.

This is our business page, that people can "like":
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Boston-MA/Fuccis-Photos-LLC-Wedding-and-Special-Occasion-Photography/272638294367?ref=mf
This is my "individual" page that clients can "friend" me with.
Any suggested means of usage are much appreciated!

Maybe I'm missing something here but I'm not seeing Ads and Pages Button. Did you mean you click on home first? or are you talking about profile, and do you have the new profile or the old one?

Wow! This totally died. Gonna download the app but for now...

Here's my facebook photo page: http://www.facebook.com/jslearphotography

Vail, if you're still trying, just go to Account > Help Center > and then follow Nathan's directions by entering "How Can I Secure Usernames for my Pages?" I think you have to have at least 25 "fans" before facebook will let you simplify your username.
