Reversing Tripod Head Mount

<p>Hi. I need to reverse a tripod head mount from 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch screw on a new velbon 640 tripod to fit a separate head i purchased. The tripod specs say the head is reversible. Could someone please help me figure out where/how to reverse the head mount screw?<br>
