travels
Which of the above cameras would you chose for travel photography? Medium format is what I am looking for. Absolutely new to medium format photography.
ellis_vener_photography
Either are great. but I'd tend to go with that PhaseOne P45+ based system. No question though that Leica is likely to have better quality lenses.
howard_m
here's one you may not have considered (using a PhaseOne back)

http://www.alpa.ch/en/products/cameras/camera-bodies/alpa-12-tc.html
joseph_wisniewski
Have you considered a Pentax 645D?

It's got the same Kodak sensor technology as a Leica or P1, but the camera is much more like a modern DSLR than the others, the lens selection is excellent, and the user interface (control layout and menu system), auto focus system, and metering are all a good decade or two ahead of anything from P1, Leica, or Blad, and the cost is the best in the whole MF industry.

travels
Thank you all for your advice. Is there a sensor size which would be considered ideal for travel photography. I see there are at least three different sizes. How important is the square format? Is there a reason why nobody mentioned Hasselblad as his choice?
