rick_drawbridge
Don't worry, Minh, that was all very interesting, anyway! Nice choice, Mark, another camera I'd love to acquire. Beautiful pic Louis, and great to re-discover a brilliant post. And Andy, well, I knew I'd be in your territory. A Lynx 1000 came my way some time ago and I'm ashamed to admit that I have yet to put a film through it. Thank you all for your responses.

jodys
Minh, is that a Symmar 150mm on that converted Polaroid? I wonder if a Xenar might have given as good or better results without making the camera so front-heavy?
minhnguyen9113
Jody

Yes, I put the Symmar 150mm with a Copal 0 shutter so I can change lens cells to wide angle 65mm 4.5, I made a 2nd position lock and the camera will work with the RF, the left hand side scale will be maked for distannces of wide angle lens.
james_kennedy9
I am surprised that no one mentioned the first 35mm camera I ever owned, the Konica auto S2 that I bought in Vietnam in 1966 for $35. It is still the biggest bang for the buck I know. The meter needs a mercury battery, but it functions in full manual mode without a battery.
