ronald_smith6 Posted May 3, 2010 Share Posted May 3, 2010
I may be getting the PowerShot S90 in the near future. I tried researching whether or not DPP is compatible with Windows XP SP 3, I could not get a definite "yes" to my inquiry.
Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ronald_smith6 Posted May 3, 2010 Author Share Posted May 3, 2010
Thanks everyone - now I get some feedback about the S90 and that DPP is NOT usable with the camera, what is the scoop?
Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Charles_Webster Posted May 3, 2010 Share Posted May 3, 2010
According to the Canon web site, the S90 comes with the Canon Digital Camera Solution CD-ROM in the box. The CD-ROM contains DPP among others. I don't see any incompatability here.

Where did you get the feedback about them not being compatible? On the net? Please provide a reference.

<Chas>

Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ronald_smith6 Posted May 4, 2010 Author Share Posted May 4, 2010
A Canon rep had told an etailer (the one I may purchase the camera from) that DPP would not work with the S90, I thought that was incorrect so I needed to refute the comments. Thanks.
Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
