Has anybody booked this date?

<p>Just out of curiosity as I'm looking at my calendar - does anybody have a wedding scheduled for 9/11? Despite living in major foliage territory (Northern Vermont), this is the only weekend date still available so I'm guessing I might as well take a short vacation myself as I wouldn't want to have it as my wedding date but others might have a different opinion?<br>

For those of you who have been working in the US longer than I have, does this date ever book?</p>

<p>Of course, yes, 9/11 is a key date for Saturday this year. No problem. It is JUST as busy as any Saturday in Sept.</p>

<p>I'm booked as well. Don't see why it wouldn't be just as busy of a weekend as say the 4th of July has been in the past. Holidays means families get together and people probably have time off work... that's a great reason for someone to plan a wedding or event.</p>
