My first do-it-yourself template website

I would appreciate comments and critiques on my new wedding site at www.davejenkinsphotography.com. Although this is my third website, it's the first one I've done myself.
This new site is built on the "Maya" template from Portfoliositez.com. I especially like the Maya because it makes it possible to run photos larger than most templates will allow. I have zero experience in setting up a website, but the instructions were clear and concise and the Portfoliositez staff responded quickly to my e-mails for help.
My site is basically complete at this point. I will probably add highlights from one more wedding, but haven't yet decided which one. I am very open to your comments and critiques, all the more so because I can now make any changes that seem appropriate quickly and easily.

Site works okay, glad there's no damn music. I don't like the way it forces full-screen mode on my laptop (1024x768)--any smaller screen and I think you've got problems. The work is mostly good, although (IMO) it isn't particularly 'photojournalistic'--more like 'informal'. You do get very nice skin tones and expressions, and I expect that clients like your stuff, which is what counts. Good luck!

Hi Dave,
I took a look at the technical aspects of your site, and there isn't a whole lot in it to get it ranked from a Search Engine Optimization perspective. Things like image alt tags, varied page titles, multiple pages of text contect, etc. are used by search engines like google and yahoo to determine the search relevance of your website for user queries. There is very little of this in your site, particularly with the site being driven by flash. Search engines are unable to read flash files or any text that is part of a photo. This could explain why you had very little traffic/business to site #2.
There are a lot of sites with tips for SEO, but this one in particular does a good job of putting them in layman's terms:
Hope that helps,
