Third version summicron 35mm f:2, Leitz Canada. According to the seller, everything's in proper working condition, n o fungus. I can see some dents in the lens body, they are pretty evident. The seller wants $350. Is this a "goo d" price or a "normal" price for a lens in this state?

The pictures are not very clear, the lens looks heavily used, but I can't tell if the lens body is scuffed or actually dented. Dents in a lens body could well be more than cosmetic, the impact that caused them could also have knocked the lens out of alignment (even a little could take the edge off the legendary Summicron performance).
E-bay price for a 35mm Summicron in Exc++ condition seems to be an easy US$800, so $350 is a good price if the lens only looks tatty but performs 100%.

Unless you are seduced by the Bokeh of the Summy, you might want to avoid the travel gas expense and the worry of a possibly badly treated lens, and opt for a small miracle like the 35mm Cosina-Voigtlander f2.5 lens in classical style (not pancake). It is even smaller than the Summicron and I bought mine at Cameraquest about a year ago for about 220$ although you may need an adapter to M bayonet (about 50$).
