thierrylaflamme
Hello,

I have a printer Epson RX-1800 and I'm having a hard time to print properly since the pictures have a green tone. For example, a picture with burgundy turns green, but only in the burgundy areas, the rest of the picture looks fine.

Also, even if I try to print in black & white, the green remains (!) on the same areas of the picture... ???
What could be the problem? Thanks for your help.

howard_m
did you doublecheck the driver color settings to make sure you're not biasing it in any form since burgundy would be close to opposite of green
peterbcarter
All else fails, you could be a victim of an ICC file corruption. Re-installing the drivers could cure that.
