vibin247
I've got a roll of this film, but according to the LSI website, it's supposed to be developed with D-76 or D-23. I usually use HC-110, dilution B, and was wondering if it's possible to use this developer instead.
frank.schifano
It will work, but you're on your own for development times. Who know what kind of film this really is? I haven't a clue.
lex_jenkins
When in doubt, HC-110 Dilution B, 5-7 minutes. I'm not being flippant. That really is about right for most films. If you plan to scan or print with a true condenser head enlarger, lean toward 5 minutes. If a dichro or VC head, lean toward 7 minutes. After one roll you'll have an idea of how to refine your technique for the next.
vibin247
I got an e-mailed response from LSI and the film can be developed as "Shanghai" film, which can be found the Massive Dev. Chart. I was told by one of their representatives that 6.5 to 7.5 min. @ 20 deg. C is best when using HC-110, dilution B. Thanks for the replies, guys.
