posting photos in threads

I have tried searching - no avail..

 

How exactly do i go about posting an image in my post? I am trying to respond or create a new post and nowhere

do I see any place to add a photo. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

After submitting a comment to a discussion forum (a two-step process - submit, then review and confirm) you will see another prompt to attach a file from your hard drive. Due to the number of folks who are overlooking this step, I suspect they are immediately closing the web page/tab or hitting the back button, and simply aren't seeing this follow-up prompt for attaching photos. Once you see it, you'll experience a palm-meets-forehead moment.

 

Or, if you're familiar with HTML, you can add an "<img>" type tag linking to a photo you have stored elsewhere on the web (your own website, blog or a photo storage site). Sites like Flickr, Photobucket, etc, offer ready-made tags to copy and paste. Be sure to use standard HTML, not "EZ-Code" type URLs with [these kind of brackets].
