glenn_mabbutt
That depends - what film was it shot on? It doesn't look bad to me, but every film has a unique colour balance. The machines used to scan (and then print) from negatives need to be calibrated to each film's balance, which depends on the machine operator adjusting it appropriately for each film. I've also noticed they don't always have all the pro film profiles, or don't select them properly - I was pressed for time once and gave them a roll of Portra VC, which is supposed to be "vivid colour" - I got back scans with neutral colour - similar to what I would expect from Portra NC instead. Just a note - what time of day was this shot? From the shadow in the center it looks like the sun was almost directly overhead. Shooting at this time will have lower contrast and any system - film or digital - will deliver better results with the sun at a different angle. zac_sanders
This was Kodak Gold 200. I think i shot it around 2-3 o'clock. Do you think they would have a profile for Fuji Reala?
