Glossy paper and Flash

Ignoring James' rant about copyright infringement which may or may not be applicable, depending on all sorts of variables.

You need the light source to be off to the side, hitting the page at a 45 degree angle to the axis of the camera. On camera flash will just ruin the photo. You might need a polarizing filter as well.

Do a google search on copy stand, and you will find tons of info on what you want to do. This link will show up in the search http://www.marietta.edu/~mcshaffd/macro/copy.html

What James is saying is true, depending on the use you intend for the photograph. But if you want to learn how to do this, I suggest trying to copy pages from <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Light-Science-Introduction-Photographic-Lighting/dp/0240808193/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1222189184&sr=8-1">"Light -- Science & Magic" by Hunter, Biver, and Fuqua</a>.
