Photo lab in Venice Italy?

Recommended Posts

When I was there in May, I bought film in tobacco stores (basically drugstores) and everything had to be sent out to the mainland (which I didn't do). It was hard to find slide film in Venice (I don't think I did). Water and space are such an issue in Venice. In Florence there are several good camera stores with C-41 machines, but E-6 and B&W had to be sent out and took 2 days or so (for E-6). I remember a great shop near the Duomo (around the left from the front) and another across the Arno. I could readily find Provia 100 and 400x, and Sensia 35mm. I brought 20 rolls of Provia from the States, bought probably 10 more throughout Italy, and had it all developed back in the US with no x-ray issues. I hand carried everything.
