Great work & website. You might be interested in getting in touch with a project called "Lahza" based in Beirut, Lebanon, which taught Palestinian refugee children photography skills, and then gave them something like 500 disposable cameras to shoot daily life in those camps. The project culminated in a book which featured some of those phenomenal shots.
