Kudo's To Henry's in Cambridge Ontario

Hello:

 

Just wanted to thank Ravi (sp?) and the other folks @ Henry's Cameras, Cambridge

Ontario, for the super customer service I received over the last 10 days or so.

 

I had a problem with an Optex BP511 battery (for my 40D). They went out of

their way to make me happy.

yes-Henry's is great that way; that's why I buy all my equipment from them (in

Some Henry's stores are great, others ain't. Generally, they're far more awake than the sleepy, indifferent chumps at Vistek's TO and Mississauga shops.

Wow. I have come to hate Henry's (downtown TO) and avoid them in preference to Vistek (also downtown TO location) due to MUCH better service at Vistek.

 

I find Henry's staff to be pushy and sale-driven. I have been outright lied to about products and their features.

 

I guess everyone has their own set of experiences.
