Mack warranty experience follow-up.

With much trepidation I sent my dead Canon 30D to Mack under an extended

warranty that I had purchased. I had read many horror stories and received some

opinions that their warranties were not worth while.

 

I sent it in on 5/10

 

They received it 5/12

 

It was sent to Canon

 

I arrived at my house 5/29

 

Less than three weeks. Camera is working fine. I am very pleased.

Hi David. I remember you were really concerned about using Mack, though it was the lesser of the evils. Really, you had nothing to lose but very happy to hear everything worked out well. Sure beats trashing the old 30D and buying a new one.

 

Now get out and use it. :-)
