alexthornephotography
Hi, I'm looking for a good online store to buy used large format equipment for mynewly purchased Burk and James Orbit. Since I'm new to large format, I'mlooking for a site that provides good customer service. Who should I be looking at? Thanks

sattler123
Call Jim at MPEX (Midwest Photo Exchange). He is an expert in Large Gormat and one of the most honest people you will find in that business. He will help you pick the right equipment and he'll take it back if it is not what you were looking for. Look up MPEX's number by googling MPEX. w_t1
I third mpex and keh, I've bought LF from both. Jim at midwest added a lensboard for free to my lens order a couple years ago after I emailed him. Not everything is listed on their website, recommend emailing him or calling. Tom
richard baznik
Jim Andricki at Midwest is outstanding. You'll get a prompt response to an email, but a call will be even better -- (614) 261-1264. The best is a visit if you live anywhere near or can get to central Ohio.
donald_hutton
I'd highly recommend Jim at Midwest - he is a fabulous straight up guy to deal with. Make sure you get to speak to him - it will be worth a little hold time...
jimsimmons
Midwest if you're not sure what you need, as Jim is a dood advisor. KEH if you're pretty sure of what you want/need. Ebay if you're sure you know what you want and feel comfortable sussing out the sellers. (Not many large format scam artists out there!)
harley
Jim at Midwest is my number one choice. Jeff at Badger Graphics is my second. KEH is also good.
