heatherrene
Hi everyone, So I just booked a wedding for June. They are doing it at a Greek Orthodox Church and having it VERY authentic. They are both from Egypt and I guess one of there traditions is to have a life sized print of the two of them behind them at the head table. So I was hoping you guys and gals might be able to point me in the right direction of where to get a really nice print like this done. Also they really want a pearl uv coated paper... Thanks for the help. Sincerely, Heather
ellis_vener_photography
Find a lab that uses the Durst Lambda process and shoot at as high of resolution as you can.
bdp
I'm not sure if you can use this or not, but there is a site, www.wallhogs.com , that you can make really large prints, but they are usually intended to be 'stuck', to a wall. I'm sure you could figure some way to cut out backing material and use the print. Just a thought.
my web page
cpq sells 16x20 premounted canvas like prints. They're usually labeled bridal portraits.
heatherrene
Thanks everyone, I will go check out those suggestions. 16x20 is not nearly large enough but thank you, I will probably need one of those sized canvas in the future. ben_rubinstein___mancheste1664880652
Canvas can take huge enlargements without a problem, the weave breaks up the areas where you would expect micro detail. It might be more expensive though and to be honest you don't need a medium format setup for a prop like this, the quality of the whole is less important than the existence of the whole, bit like life size ads in clothing stores.
