stuart_p
But its for a shoot i am doing. I will be using either flash or some sort of spot light. i want the eerie feeling of smokey mist, trees and a singular figuire hidden inthe smoke. MY QUESTION IS- Well, i have no idea what kind of camera to use for this? Any ideas? Would a range finder be good for this?
lutz
Sounds like you'll be happy to have most control over what you have already pre-visualized in your mind. That's where digital steps in, rangefinder or not. You will want to check your results and be able to tweak your approach, unless you're happy to re-do it a couple of times in between checking your negs/slides... SCL
I think it would be dependent on the effects you want to achieve (distortion control lenses?), what you want to do with the output, how much money you have, and how much expertise you have with different camera types. mark_sirota1
In what way is the type of camera relevant?
