allenspencer
Other than Schneider, what other photographers use it? Not just Polaroid, but also Instax and Kodak.
beauh44
If I'm understanding your question, I have a friend who's a successful portrait photographer and still shoots film with a Hassie. He uses Polaroid film backs on his Hassie when he needs to set up a new backdrop, change light arrangements, etc. He'll probably keep using the Hassie for the portaits but switch to a DSLR to take the place of the Polaroid since their film is going away. On a somewhat related topic: Someone sent me a link today regarding skills that are "obsolete". He's not a photographer. I was surprised though at how many photography-related (and computer and music) things are on the list, fairly or not... I've done more than my share of many of them: http://obsoleteskills.com/Skills/Skills
art_haykin
Digital IS instant photography, even faster than Polaroid.
sknowles
You can get some information on those who shoot 20x24 Polaroid film at Polaroid, Elsa, Mary Mark and Mammoth Camera. And quite a few large format photographers still use Polaroid film in the field.
machts gut
Robert Frank in his later works, for example. There's an excellent art book from "Taschen" with many fine examples of Polaroid users. http://www.taschen.com/pages/en/catalogue/photography/all/03375/reviews.the_polaroid_book.1.htm
allenspencer
Though the film and camera are obsolete, it is still around, and can therefor still be used as a means of photography. Thanks for the links.
