steve_barrett
I'm not selling this Leica M6 with attached Polaroid back...just saw it on the auction site (item 290202321917) and thought I'd share something you don't see everyday with those who want to go take a look. leicaglow
Steve, that's wild. I gotta have it!<g> Well, if Nikon had one, why not Leica? I'm wondering how much trouble it would be to focus with the back protruding so far back behind the eyepiece. Couldn't use it with a wide angle I wouldn't think. Thanks for sharing! vic_.
I use Hasselblad Polaroid backs, but just to test the lighting. The picture quality is not sharp, and the size of the Hassy square, 56mm x 56mm. The Leica with Polaroid back would yield a very small photo, 24mm x 36mm. A real winner. awahlster
These were made for the Canon F-1's and the A series Canons and yes they made very small positives. the one I had used a thick piece fiber optic to carry the image from the film plane back to the film. IMHO only usable for testing lighting.
