robert lee
"Yet, none of you chose to eat the little darlings w/the obvious..." No silly! You want the frim fram sauce, with the oss and fay, and shifafa on the side
mr. sullen
Asked this question "do photographers have a natural affinity to Cats?" A rather strange question, hence the number of witty posts, I especially like Jack Floyd's response. I think a simple answer would be that "people" have an affinity when it comes to cats and want to show that with a picture.
mharris
depends on how long you marinate them, otherwise they are just to tough.
phyrpowr
Shay, I'm actually kind of "cat neutral", they seem to like me and I pet 'em when they jump in my lap. Don't quite trust 'em though
ken_jeanette1
The Chinese resturant down the road likes cats too----Free meat for the egg rolls!
geoff_foale
As we seem to have drifted away from photography to anything about cats I would like to ask another question. It appears to me that here in the UK, Labour voters prefer cats while Conservative voters prefer dogs. Is it the same in the US?
lex_jenkins
The Clintons had both. Very bipartisan of them. However, the critters were obviously for show and both were given to Clinton's secretary, Bettie Currie. Currie still has Socks. Buddy, however, met the same fate as so many former Clinton associates who knew too much. He was "accidentally" killed.
Lou_Meluso
Well, cats vs dogs business aside, many photographers ARE nature lovers. One can see in a house cat some of the same supple beauty and wildness one can see in a lion or tiger...on a smaller, tamer scale and thereby much more accessable.<div></div>
tonybeach
For Anthony Stubbs: "We live in this world because the Cat allows us to." > This might not be too far from the truth of the matter. It is believed by many scientists that all of humanity evolved from a single woman about 100,000 years ago -- imagine if a tiger had eaten her. For Lex: "I hate cats. Unfortunately they refuse to acknowledge my dislike for cats and insist on sitting on me, sleeping with me and eating the food I give them. I hate babies too..." > You just have to stop feeding them, and they'll go away. There are too many cats, dogs, and people anyway.
