owahc
I seem to be addicted to PN at the moment! I have noticed that there are a lot of amateurs such as myself who wish to learn more about photography. I found the following website very useful (and still do) in giving me step by step help! There are NO signup fees whatsoever and it is always there! http://www.photographycourse.net/ I hope this helps some of you like it has helped (and still helps) me! bronx
Thanks for the link, I seem to be addicted to learning as much about photography as I can. My wife isn't happy about all the time I spend, but she likes my photos. Thanks again.
owahc
Not to worry David. It helped me a lot and I hope it helps you out too! My friends think im a weirdo as I would much rather take pictures than hang out with them! K x
JDMvW
Photo.net is also 'free', but if you are a frequent user and are not poor as a church mouse, it's really your community obligation to become a 'patron' at http://www.photo.net/info/photonet-subscriptions

pjmeade
Another very good site is photonotes, particularly if you use canon. Although I'm sure there is a lot of transferable information there http://photonotes.org/ Currently I'm working through the flash primer http://photonotes.org/articles/eos-flash/index2.html Hope this helps. JDMvW
Kimberly, that was NOT meant as a stab at you. Persons who cannot afford a membership are welcome to participate without contribution. There are, however, some unnamed persons who have been on this website for years, are 'pencil icon' contributors who still haven't ponied up their share. However, it does seem a little odd that some people who seem to be buying lots of L glass, are too poor to join. Hmm, now that I think on it, maybe it isn't so odd:P
