._kaa
I need an online printer for cheap-and-cheery printing of small format -- sayfrom 4x6 to 8x10 -- images. Long time ago I used Shutterfly, but I don't knowhow it is now. What are the current recommendations/experiences/warnings foronline printers? walter_degroot
THEY ALL LOOK PRICEY- i went to the websites. rather than waiting a discount store or chain drugstore will do it for less, sometimes 15 cents each. it's a machine and sometimes offers you a chance to some manipulation. ericf1
19 cents each for 4x6 at Mpix seems reasonable (no color correction) which I suspect is comprable to what you would get at a drugstore as far as the lack of color correction.
geoffs1
The Fuji Frontier has really leveled the playing-field. I know a full-time pro photographer here who uses our local Walgreens for many (most?) of his 8x10 and smaller prints. If you get a store that maintains its equipment well, you can get very good results from your local discount store. I haven't sent out any prints recently, but I plan to send some test shots (and snapshots) to a couple of the local Walgreens and see how they do. roger_smith4
Winkflash.com. Slow to ship but consistent color and low-prices on a Frontier with Crystal Archive.
