john_richburg
I know that this is probably a never ending thread- but, is also a moving target! A friend of mine has not been able to find a place to buy infrared film- he has tried an internet search and even tried contacting Kodak. Anyone have a source for this film- or want to sell theirs? stephen sullivan
Have you tried: Adorama http://www.adorama.com/ BH Photo http://www.bhphotovideo.com/ Calmet Photographic http://www.calumetphoto.com/ I know that my local camera store, Glazer's Camera, has Kodak B&W Intrared. Yes, I know you're asking for color. Glazer's Camera http://www.glazerscamera.com/
stephen sullivan
Oh, have you also tried Amazon.com? http://www.amazon.com/
john_shriver
Could be rather tough, since it's discontinued. Hoarding is usually immediate when Kodak discontinues an interesting film. Only the B&W HIE remains in production.
rustys pics
HIE may not be in production much longer either....
stephen sullivan
Yes, I've heard that too. see link: http://kodak.com/global/en/professional/products/films/ektachromeIndex.jhtml?id=0.2.22.14.11.22.5&lc=en Kodak still lists Color Infrared as an available product. Try these people, call. It's not just a friend of a friend... I'll leave it at that. http://www.freestylephoto.biz/c_contact.php (Depending on who you talk to. Mention Jay) Alison & Mitch's cousin Steve suggested that I call you. Ask if they can special order a few rolls of film for you. I ask that you be Nice & Respectful. It was some time ago. thirteenthumbs
Kodak still lists HIE as an available product but their site is not responding at this time so a link is not possible. EIR and HIE at B&H . rustys pics
EIR is listed as out of stock at B&H. Better to track some down locally if you still can. Online sellers go out of stock very quickly.
randall_pukalo
The other problem is where to get it processed...needs special processing w/o IR lights.
