The body shapes of the two are very very similar, but in just MY personal opinion of having had both, having the extra ridge at the top of the 30D feels worlds better to me than the 20D's grip. The UK magazine 'Amateur Photographer' (AP) was in the issue of 16th June advertising the following: Canon 30D body: Park Cameras 594 GBP, Warehouse Express 594 GBP, I believe these are after Canon cashback deals. cheers Steve.
