kentish_townie
For anyone who can get to Henry Pordes's bookshop in Charing Cross Road, London, there are copies of Frank Horvat's book "Paris, London 1952-1962" for sale at a very reasonable UKP 4.99. Horvat, at the time, was a devotee of the M3 and there are several shots of him seen in mirrors etc using it. I think it's a very nice collection of reportage and fashion photos and a real bargain. Definitely worth checking out, IMHO.

kentish_townie
Thanks for the links, Derek. I had the pleasure of meeting Horvat, several years ago, at an exhibition of his work at Hamilton's Gallery. He was very loathe to talk about his older work but very keen to discuss his recent experiments with digital. He must have been one of the first photographers to try it out. Allen Herbert
He does not just capture that magical moment in time but the aura and feel the sense of mystery which surrounds it. Serene and beautiful photography.
jeroen dommisse
Another tip is his 'Photodiary' from 2000, shot in the previous year. All done with an Olympus Stylus Epic (or Mju:II). A wonderful journey through Europe, one of my favourite books.
