LCD2090UXi Nec Display, two versions ?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

i'm in the process to buy a 20" display.

I allready have a gretag eye one calibrator (sold by pantone) so i don't need a new calibrator.

I'm a little bit confused about two of screens sold by NEC:

is the LCD2090UXi-SV spectraview the same monitor as the simple MultiSync LCD2090UXi but without

the calibrator, or i miss something ?

The SV cost 1350 euro, while i've found the non SV for 750...

Thanks for your answer !

PS : i will use it with a macbook Pro 15" to adjust my photographs...

it looks like there's something more...

the spectraview models are hand controlled and calibrated, and they allowed hardware

calibration... but the calibrator isn't included, just the nec software !

But for the price of the spectraview, i think the Eizo CE210W is a better alternative, and

comes with a 5 years warranty !
