NX 1.1

I can't upgrade to 1.1 NX to my laptop. I did to my desktop computer.

 

With the laptop there is now 5 sets of 5 digits instead of 4 on the desktop.

 

I noticed with the desktop (about NX) after version 1.1 there is an addional 5 digits, so I typed those digits

in the first box and entered rest of the 4 sets of 5 digits.

 

I still get an invalid product code.

 

Please help me .
