scott_e2
Does anyone know if any store in Toronto sells Photographers Formulary TF4 fixer?
alexander_illich
Did you try asking Eight Elm or Toronto Image Works?
photojim
None that I know of. The best way to get it is to get it shipped directly to you. I get a big jug every year or so. It's expensive but it's worth it.
scott_e2
I already tried 8 Elm but not Toronto Image Works; I will give them a call.
jordan_w.
I don't think that any Photographer's Formulary products are available for retail sale in Canada. (If I'm mistaken, someone please let me know!)
ann_clancy6
i could be mis-remembering , but i thought they will now ship out of the US. why not give them a call and find out from them directly.
jordan_w.
There's a note on their website saying they can't ship hazardous materials to Canada (not sure what's counted as "hazardous"). For other items shipping starts at $15. I really wish a local store would carry their products... :)
scott_e2
I called Photographers Formulary and they do ship the TF4 to Canada; the shipping cost was quoted as just over $16US.
big toys are better
I'd check with the local schools that teach photography, especially any technical schools or universities. They often have a local store providing chemicals for their students that might otherwise not be expected to be available.
profhlynnjones
They sell direct to the user, Scott. You'd be better off ordering it on line. Lynn
