Agfa APX 100 135 developed in HC-110

I haven't been able to find any information on developing APX 100, 135 in HC-

110; there's some info on medium and large format APX in HC-110, but I'm not

sure how relevant this is to 135. So here's my question....

I'm ready to develop some test rolls but want to get a ballpark temperature

and agitation time for this combination to start. Any suggestions?

Or, do people strongly suggest not using this combination, and develop the APX

in Rodinal? I have a lot of HC-110 (I usually shoot TriX) and Rodinal is not

so easy to come by. In addition I have only 2 rolls of APX which I want to

develop (after I do the test rolls).

Thanks for your time and attention.

I personally prefer Rodinal with APX100, but I've gotten more than acceptable results with HC110 (I believe I used Dil. B).

Agfa's recommended time for Dil. B is 7 minutes, though I suggest pulling back 10% or so for starters, as Agfa's recommended times tend to result in a high contrast index.

Here's a link to the datasheet:
