greg_allum Posted June 11, 2006 Share Posted June 11, 2006 Hey I'm looking for a model release for a project I'm doing...Basically i need it to state that I will only use the photos forexhibitions/prints and the coffee table book I'm producing at the end. Also that I own copyright and that If i want to use the photos in any othercontext apart from the above, then I will need written permission from thesubject... Just so it covers my back and eases the subjects mind etc.. Any ideas where i can get one or if i write one myself, what i should state etc..? Of course the best route is to have a lawyer draft it. If you draft your own, I gather it will "state" what you want it to state which is spelled out in your post.
