Linhof Techno Rollex 6x12 Panoramic for 120 $1,995 these are at: http://www.badgergraphic.com/store/cart.php?m=product_list&c=177 Does anyone know which will work? And why is the Linhof thrice the cost? Can anyone with 6x12 experience help out. Would like to hear if the tips and tricks. Where are the pitfalls? w_t1
from your link on the horseman: "Designed to fit all 4x5" cameras that follow the accepted international standard", do a search here, this is also called a grafloc(k) back if I am not mistaken. For instance, my horseman 6x12 will fit on my Calumet monorail, my Horseman FA metal field camera, but will not fit on my wood Tachihara field camera. I dont know about the linhof rfh, I'm sure you are paying for precision, machining, and name. You can get the Horseman for $95 less at Midwest (mpex.com) if you want a new horseman. That's where I bought mine last Spring.
roger_hicks1
I had to have a second locating rib milled off my Horseman before it would fit on my Toho (NOT Toyo). Worked fine on my other 5x4 cameras though. Cheers, Roger (www.rogerandfrances.com)
joseph_dickerson
Milan, The Horseman will fit your 45CF (see my write up on the Toyo web site). I use the Horseman and find it to be solid easy to load and it holds the film flat. Joe Dickerson
