I would not have believed some of this stuff had I not seen it for myself. dennis_couvillion Posted January 27, 2006 Author Share Posted January 27, 2006 FWIW, I had shot other parts of the Lower Ninth Ward but this area was sealed off to the public until very recently. I was working on getting a press pass to get inside to photograph it when I discovered I could get in without a pass. That's why I shot it only two days ago.
