dxphoto
Have anyone used this film? Can it be developed in D76(1:1)? From their website there is not data for D76(1:1). Is it because this is an old fashion emulsion? Thanks.
amund_aaeng
Classic 400 is pretty grainy, so I`d dev. it in stock D76 anyway... That probably why the 1:1 dilution isn`t tested with it I guess... I`ve only used it in 4x5 and 8x10, and it`s a great film, similar to old Tri-X. dxphoto
Thanks. How do you rate it? 320? 200?
amund_aaeng
I usually rate it at 250.
mb81
I shoot this stuff in 8x10 and rate it at 320 and develop in D76 strait for 8.5 minutes with intermediate agitation. Its good stuff. It is actually relabled ADOX film.
