When using Adobe ACR, is there a way to select multiple files and

change the exposure comp by a fixed amount per image? For instance, I

select two files in ACR where the first file has the exposure comp set

to +10 and the second file has the exposure comp set to +20. I would

like to bump up the exposure comp +10 for each file so it would be +20

and +30 respectively. Is there a way to do this by selecting both

files at once? Usually whenever I select more than one file and adjust

the exp comp slider, it sets all the files I've selected to the new

value which isn't what I want. I would like to bump up the exp comp by

+10 for each image without setting them all to the same exp comp. Does

anyone know how to do this?

Thanks

in ACR 3.x (for PsCS2) yes there is. select the iamgs in Bridge and click on the first one to

open all ofthem in ACR. on a Mac you can also do command (theapple logo key + R) . once

they show up in the side bar in ACR select all and adjustthe first iamge. You may want to

tur nof all ofthe auto settings first but that is optional.

With multiple files selected in the left pane of ACR 3.x when you set any attribute to a value, it sets that attribute to that value for all the files. To be honest, to select multiple files and have it simply raise or lower values for all selected files could make for a workflow nightmare if you fail to select a file, make an adjustment, select the missing file, raise a value on the missing file by +20 and then have all the other files end up +20 too high in their conversion settings.

Instead, sort into like sets of files and convert them together.
