garrylewis747
How come in the mention of high acutance compensating developers( Rodinal, Neofin Blue, FX-39), Ethol's T.E.C. is never mentioned or recomended? An what is in it that keeps B&H from shipping it? Is it true that it is a modified Willi Beutler formula?
User_502260
TEC is harder to get and costs much more than Rodinal or FX-39.
dave_oconnor1
I have been curious also about this elixer. Is it of exemplary performance or just one of the boys? I think I read (maybe the TEC site) that it is one of the sharpest available for B&W souping. Is this brag or fact? Somebody out there must know. Thank you, David O'Connor
garrylewis747
one of the brags/facts is it's use exclusivly by the "Leica Technical Institute" (what ever that is)in their labs.
profhlynnjones
Ethol was purchased by Brandes, Kalt, Aetna. Find them in the Chicago area on line by BKA. Lynn
