john_curtis1
New to B&W, used some C41, pleasantly surprised with common and inexpensive film development, index sheet from shop too hard to see, contact sheet expensive $6. B&W prints expensive $1 ea., Costco has great prices for color snaps, they'll develop the C41 but won't print it, are there any buzz words or requests that can get the low dollar color guys to print C41 proofs so I can see what I've got?? johnny_motown1
I have used Shutterfly.com in the past for C-41 development. They will send you film bags for your film. They develop it and send you the negs. You can go to their website where they put up scans of your negs. Mind you, these are low res scans as compared to the final product. If you see any you like, you can have them print you a copy. <p> I have used Shutterfly in the past for C-41 development (but not have ordered C-41 prints from them). I have ordered prints made from digital photos and they have come back great. I would imagine their C41 prints would be equally as good. <p> Johnny
