stephen hazelton Posted April 1, 2006 Share Posted April 1, 2006 Yup, some good work there. Several years back, I was at a "Balancing Rock", seems like somewhere in Arkansas. I noticed the balancing point had a good bit of concrete that had been put up around it. Either it had fallen over and been set back up, or someone was afraid it was going to. A couple idiots figured they would make the process go a little faster and blew it off with explosives. Its always a pitty when these kind of things happen. The was the recent loss of the old man figure in New Hamphshire (the figure on their quarter) and the recent demise of one of the formations off South Australia. Nature moves on.
