Some Photos from my Japan Trip

Recommended Posts

I have posted a few photos from my recent Japan trip. I used a

Microtec flatbed scanner to scan the photos without modifications. I

know, some will say, you should have .... I hope you like some of the

photos. I used mainly a Canon P with a Voightlaender 25/4 Snapshot

Skopar and a Canon 35mm/1.8 lens and a Minox 35GT with the 35mm/2.8

lens. Film used was Fujicolor 100.
Here is one of the shots taken in the Metro.

Feedback certainly is appreciated.

Frederick,
I took only the Canon P, Minox GT, Olympus XA, and the Rolleiflex TLR [which was used only during one week]. The XA and the Gt were my pocket cameras. I had with me the 25/4 Skopar, and Canon 35/1.8 and 85/1.9, plus a Nikkor 50/2. The reason for not taking my mintish M stuff wa stha fact that we were there during the rain season. I did not want to expose the M lenses to daily rain.

Alex,
Yes, some photos are of Nagoya. I found it a very livable city in Japan. There is space to breathe and you still get your Matsuzakaya and all that exclusive stuff. Tokyo was too big for us as a family. We preferred Kobe. A very nice place to live in.
