andy_laycock1
Hi Holly,
I just looked far enough back in this forum to see your question and was curious as to what you meant by screening. I have been looking for special effects screens for printing, is this what you mean?
mohammad_irfanul_islam
Hi,holly. I think you asking for speacial effect printing in black & white. Go to your near photo dealer ask kodak screen printing effect filter. It contents 12 different kinds of effects.
I can give you another idea. Why don't you take pictures (leaves, textures of trees, clothes, designed metals )your self.
Thank You
Mohammad Irfanul Islam Dhaka,Bangladesh darkroom@drik.net http://www1.drik.net mirror site in Europe (services.toolnet.org)
mike_callaghan
Hi Holly Thought I'd better send the answer here to. 1. Patersons make texture screen, they're available from Pinewood Camera and Michael's Camera both in Melbourne. Probably a good few others as well. 2. Do your own with a computer and ptint out on overhead transparency, good for B&W. 3. Photograph canvas or other rough textured materials, or patterns. Expose and process for thin ( underexposed and developed) negs. Sandwich with your neg to be printed. Emulsion to emulsion and print as nprmal. Good Luck
