Yesterday I noticed that the long Google ads are partially obscuring the text in threads, and/or disrupting the format of the threads. mottershead Posted May 28, 2005 Share Posted May 28, 2005 No, we aren't tweaking it at present. Not all ads are from Google, and none of them at present are directly from us. The ads are generally javascript and come from various third-party servers. Somebody could have sent down some code for an ad that doesn't work on Netscape 7.1 Windows XP. I thought maybe it would make a difference whether or not I was logged in, and it doesn't seem to. But I have noticed it in a few threads now, in various forums.
