paul_mcevoy
Hi there, As a personal project, I took a group portrait of 70 traditional musiciansyesterday. It was the end of about 5 months of work and it ended up goingpretty smoothly. The picture looks great. I'm trying to figure out a pricing system for prints. I'd like to make itavailable to the musicians in the picture for a reasonable price, but I have noidea how much that is. I really appreciate them being in the picture, and Idon't want to overcharge them, but also they are probably going to be the sourceof most of my sales of the picture, so I would like to make something for my effort. Any ideas about how much to charge them? Also can anyone suggest a place to getinkjet prints made up somewhat affordably? I'm pretty new to the idea of selling my stuff, and I think this situation is alittle different, so I'd really appreciate any advice. ThanksPaul
art_haykin
In this case, I'd say about 20 to 25 bucks over your costs for 8x10s.
tom_luongo1
8x10 and 8x12 prints at Costco are $1.50. Printer profiles are available. I'm new to the idea of selling my stuff too. So I can't help you with what to charge them.
