ole_tjugen
As far as I know, they're all good - with one exception from east Europe. Some are excellent, and thus may be more expensive. Buy one, use it, get used to it, and you'll get good result. Keep trying new ones, and you have a "hobby" for years to come...
chuck_french
which Eastern Euopean paper would you be referring to and what is wrong with it?
scott_dordick
About a year ago I tested a bunch of different FB papers and developers. The developer affected the final image as much as the paper. My personal favorite was Oriental Seagull graded paper developed in Edwal Ultra Black, it worked well for my images. You should try several diferent papers and developers and see what looks best to you.
david_smith34
Silverprint (London) have good background info. on their papers. Check the orange info button in Traditional Papers for Fibre Paper Choice. My fave is Kodak's Fine Art (Fibre MC) - I use the glossy 16 x 20 size and have minimal trouble with curling. www.silverprint.co.uk
