derek_scott Posted April 10, 2005 Share Posted April 10, 2005 I am looking for someone who can give me hands on education to photograghy. I would be interested in weekend type seminar. I would like it to be more One on One than in a classroom. I just need some extra guidance, since I don't belong to a camera club.Does anyone know how I can get that type of education? ben_kist Posted April 20, 2005 Share Posted April 20, 2005 Hey Derek, you should try Photographic Center Northwest@ pcnw.org, they are on Capitol Hill in Seattle and offer a certificate program and some good weekend workshops. Also, if you're a member you can rent their facilities for a very reasonable rate. They have a digital lab, bw darkroom, color darkroom, etc. Also in Issaquah there is the Cascades Academy of Photography, they have a certificate program as well as weekend and weeklong workshops. They also have rental facilities. I'm not sure of their web address so just do a google search and you'll find it. Hope I could be of some help to you. Keep shootin'!
