BTW, sorry to kidnap the thread, but why does everybody get big pictures, and I'm stuck

with the tiny 511 pix? How do you do that?

They link to an image in another web site using HTML image tag. The image is stored on poster's web site, it is not uploaded to photo.net web site that has size restrictions.

Olivier, if you want to host some pix in a website so that you could post in larger sizes, try "www.picturesky.com". Register and upload your pix. Then use html codes to link to those pix once they're up. I can pass you the codes and how to link up after you've registered at picturesky.com.

You can also upload them to your folders here at PNet and link them from there also, which is what I did.

ed, when you mean folders in pnet, do you need to upload to a specific place? I saw your link and it says gallery.photo.net//

I thought formerly, linking to pnet folders wasn't possible.

Travis, yeah when you right click and hit properties on a pic it gives some nondescript pnet address. The three pics at the top I'm linking from this folder <a href="http://www.photo.net/photodb/folder?folder_id=335603"> <u>http://www.photo.net/photodb/folder?folder_id=335603</u></a> which is where I pretty much dump recent uploads.

Once uploaded I'll open up the pic , right click on it and 'copy image location' (in Netscape, manually do it in IE) and paste it into this line of code replacing the X's.
